Outreach that opens with the signal

The first line decides whether the rest of an email gets read. Here is how Prism drafts sequences from each account's own research so that line is worth reading.

Merge fields are not personalisation

Buyers can spot a template from the preview text. "Hi {first_name}, I noticed {company} is growing" tells them nothing except that they are on a list. Relevance has to come from something specific and recent about their business.

Start from the research, not the template

Because Prism has already researched the account and ranked its signals, each sequence can start from the most relevant change at that company. The opener references why now, and the follow-ups build on it instead of repeating it.

Pick the approach, keep your voice

Different accounts call for different angles. Prism drafts strategic, pain-focused, or challenger sequences, and writes every step — email, LinkedIn, and call — in your team's voice. Reps review and adjust before anything goes out.

Stop the moment someone answers

Nothing undoes a good reply faster than an automated follow-up that ignores it. Steps run on schedule and pause as soon as a prospect responds, so the conversation moves to a person instead of a timer.

Measure by step, not just by sequence

Open, reply, and meeting rates by step show exactly where a sequence works and where it loses people. That is where to spend your editing time — usually on the first line.
