1. Free Period
Conversales AI does not offer a free trial. You can explore the product through a guided demo and documentation. Billing begins only after you subscribe to a paid plan.
2. 7-Day Return Policy
Conversales AI offers a 7-day return policy for all paid subscriptions. If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund. This gives you a full week to explore our premium features and ensure the platform meets your business needs.
Important:
The 7-day return period begins from the date of your first paid subscription activation, not from any free trial period. After the 7-day window, standard cancellation policies apply, and refunds will not be provided for the current billing cycle.
3. Non-Refundable Services
All Conversales AI services, such as the charges for an Conversales AI Plan, WhatsApp Conversation Credits (WCCs), Add-ons or any third-party integrations, are non-refundable due to the nature of the service and the costs incurred by Conversales AI to provide these services. This includes one-time Chatbot development and other one-time setup payments.
4. Technical Issues
If a user experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Conversales AI support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Conversales AI discretion.
5. Unauthorized Charges
In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, users should contact Conversales AI support immediately. If such claims are verified, Conversales AI will issue a full refund.
6. Cancellation Policy
A user may cancel their subscription at any time. If cancelled within the 7-day return period, a full refund will be processed. For cancellations after the 7-day window, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and users will not receive a refund for the remaining period of the subscription, except under special circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Refund Process
